Planning permission granted, Lady Forsdyke Way, Epsom
Planning permission has now been granted for a large garden room and double garage in the grounds of a modern Bryants property in Lady Forsdyke Way on the Clarendon Estate in Epsom.
All external fascias, materials, treatments and finishes of the proposals are to match those of the existing building in order to secure a satisfactory external appearance in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as required by Policies BE1 and DC1 of the Epsom and Ewell District Wide Local Plan (May 2000).
Furthermore, the planning consent conditions that no windows are to be inserted in the flank wall(s) of the building other than those shown on the approved plans. This in the interests of the amenity and privacy of the adjoining property as required by Policy DC1 of the Epsom and Ewell District Wide Local Plan (May 2000).
